The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day communications and needs from the field to the office.
This position will work closely with the Operations Manager and Estimators to ensure that the project is on-schedule, on-budget, and within budget.
Qualifications Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Sheets).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Must have a valid CA driver's license Must have reliable transportation Ability to read blue prints and take-offs Preferred Candidates will have the following:
Previous experience working in Project Coordination Previous experience in dealing with General Contractors Previous experience working in flooring specific or related industry Job Type:
