Candidate must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Excel and Word knowledge is mandatory and QuickBooks online experience is helpful but not necessary.
General day to day duties include:
Answering incoming calls, take clear and detailed messages, schedule sales appointments for customers, greet walk in customers, receive packages and supply deliveries and process packing slips for Scheduling Supervisor.
Work directly with Scheduling Supervisor to create job folders, field files and type up sales contracts.
Other general office duties include daily filing, following up on purchase orders, placing supply orders and assisting in other special projects as needed.
This is an entry level position and there is potential for growth within our fast paced company.
