Summary:
Cherished Memories Photography works with schools throughout Southern California.
We are looking to fill positions in all of our areas including the following cities:
- Palm Desert - Moreno Valley - Corona - Lake Elsinore - El Cajon -Colton We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our team as an Entry Level Customer Service Representative for our Photography Studio.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and providing support to clients during the entire photography process.
Your main responsibility is to ensure that our clients are satisfied with our services and that their experience with us is a memorable one.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in person and over the phone and answer any inquiries about our photography services.
Schedule appointments for photography sessions and provide information about our packages.
Assist clients during their photography sessions and ensure that they are comfortable and happy with the process.
Provide guidance on outfit selection, posing, and other aspects of the photography process.
Communicate with clients via phone, email, or in-person to confirm appointments and answer any follow-up questions.
Process orders and payments for photography packages and services Maintain an organized and clean studio environment.
Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner Collaborate with other team members to ensure that the photography process runs smoothly.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual is a plus but not required.
(Spanish preferred) Ability to work well in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Availability to travel to our other studios if needed.
Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Passion for photography is a plus, but not required.
