Beginning August 2023 and ending on or before May 31, 2023 As a national non-profit organization and a leader in the field of community health, Visi n y Compromiso seeks a full time Promotor Comunitario to be responsible for conducting outreach and education about COVID-19 prevention, early detection, and contract tracing.
A preferred candidate will have a minimum of two (2) years of community-based direct service experience with under-resourced communities or communities of color.
A minimum of two (2) years working with monolingual or bilingual Latino communities as well is needed.
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
The ability to utilize technology for virtual platforms is needed and ability to adapt to changing technology is preferred.
A bilingual candidate in English and Spanish is highly desired.
Must have flexible hours and availability including weeknights, weekends and holidays as needed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
