We specialize in the removal of varicose and spider veins and prefer applicants with vein experience (but not required).
Position is 25
hours to start with opportunity for growth.
We are looking for motivated, focused professional looking for long term employment in our growing clinic.
Candidates must have excellent phone etiquette, be courteous and motivated to educate and help our potential patients.
All applicants MUST be bilingual in Spanish and English.
We are looking for dedicated and organized applicants with POSITIVE attitudes ONLY! Must be able to multi-task and pay attention to detail.
Additional duties include:
Answering multi line phone and facilitating registration process with EXCELLENT customer service skills, empathy and tenacity Must have excellent organization skills and be motivated to follow-up with potential and current patients.
Must have strong focus and tenacity to see growth within our practice and make sure all inquires are contacted Scheduling doctors/days using time efficiency for productivity of clinic with smooth flow of check-in processes to ensure the best patient outcome.
Assist in helping to set up and room patients for procedures and prep rooms for quick turnover to ensure patient flow and on time schedule.
