As we continue to grow, we'd love to bring on an LVN to join our Palm Desert Team! As an Licensed Vocational Nurse with Mission Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care including following the plan of care, providing treatments, and working collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive patient care outcomes.
Pay begins at $35/hour negotiable, DOE.
Responsibilities:
Provides direct patient care as defined in State Nurse Practice Act.
Implements plan of care initiated by the clinician.
Provides accurate and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care.
Assesses and provides patient and family/caregiver education and information pertinent to diagnosis and plan of care.
Must meet position productivity expectations as determined based on business need.
Qualifications:
Currently licensed as a licensed practical nurse or licensed vocational nurse in the State.
Must be actively Blood Draw/IV Certified.
Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and organization requirements and is in good working order.
Possess and maintains current BLS Hands On CPR Certification.
