Excellent people skills are a must as s/he will be working with clients directly to identify their needs and ensure guest satisfaction.
The abilities to multitask and prioritize are essential, as this role involves overseeing reservations as well as details such as seating location, special guest details, private events etc.

Warm and gracious approach, and the ability to create stellar guest experiences.
Ability to work as a team, stay organized and make accurate decisions.
High level of creativity, enthusiasm and flexibility.
Well organized, detail oriented with excellent follow-up.
Must be reliable and responsible, possessing honesty and integrity.
Must possess excellent communication skills both internally and externally.
The ability to function comfortably in a busy environment.
Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude always.
Main Duties:
Know and follow all Jillian's policies, standards & procedures.
Take reservations via phone using the Opentable reservation system.
Confirm reservations.
Take booking information via phone and e-mail and prepare proper paperwork.
Contact groups and events to assist the proper event information.
Responsible for the assistance in providing staff and chef with details of groups and events.
Type special celebration cards.
Keep track of deposits for special holidays and events.
Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

Flexible schedule, must be able to work on weekends and holidays.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Opentable a plus.
Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per company standards.
