- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using phone systems and computer software - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required If you are a friendly and outgoing individual with a passion for providing exceptional guest service, we would love to hear from you.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
