Working closely with the physician and patients, you will have the opportunity to showcase your outstanding interpersonal skills and help patients acheive their aesthetic goals! Duties:
- Provide excellent customer support by answering inquiries and addressing concerns - Willing to train the applicant to assist in cosmetic procedures - Perform general office tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records - Assist with event planning and coordination - Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and clarity - Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries - Type and prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents - Operate phone systems and handle incoming and outgoing calls - Perform basic clerical tasks using computerized systems - Be self-motivated and take initiative to grow and expand the practice
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' previous experience in a similar role is required - Must have knowledge of aesthetics.
Experience in skin care, cosmetic injections and procedures are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced office environment.
