The typical end users include caregivers, professionals, adult children, and occasionally spouses who set up the Flipper device.
The role involves providing assistance with TV settings, cable box setup, and occasionally addressing sound bar-related queries.
Key
Responsibilities:
Assist end users, primarily elderly individuals, with TV and cable box settings.
Provide guidance on basic setup procedures for television and cable box systems.
Address inquiries related to sound bar functionality, though less frequently.
Collaborate with caregivers, professionals, and family members to ensure a seamless Flipper setup.
Requirements:
Good working knowledge of TV and cable box connections and operations.
Strong communication skills to effectively guide users through technical processes.
Empathy and patience when dealing with elderly users.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues related to television and cable box setup.
