Ability to read and understand job plans and execute the project to meet budget needs.
Ability to work in a team environment with A/V project manager and other technicians.
Conduct face to face meetings with customers and builders.
Ability to juggle and prioritize within a demand-driven environment with competing priorities.
Self-Starter.
