This job is a Shift Lead/Ice Cream Maker position, reports directly to General Manager.
As a Shift Lead, we are looking for positive, motivating people to organize the team, get all tasks done throughout the shift, assist General Manager on daily operations.
Be a brand ambassador for Handel's.
Be the example of what great service is, work efficiently, work to get the team moving in the most efficient manner, keep the store clean and organized.
As an Ice Cream Maker, we are looking for someone who have previous food experience.
Barista experience or food prep will be considered.
Must be able to follow a recipe, work cleanly and efficiently.
Must Follow all food safety regulations set forth by our company and the health department.
Must keep a clean organized station.
Self-management and time management is necessary.
Must have the ability to multitask.
