We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments - Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries - Screen and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties - Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO - Assist in organizing and executing company events and meetings - Conduct research and compile data as needed for various projects - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Handle document management tasks such as transcribing, editing, and formatting documents - Utilize tools like DocuSign, Google Suite, and Outlook Calendar for daily operations - Oversee office management duties including front desk operations Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Proficiency in transcribing and document management - Experience with software tools like DocuSign, Google Suite, and Outlook Calendar - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience in office management or front desk operations is a plus - Ability to assist in event planning and coordination - Capable of providing clerical support such as filing, data entry, etc.
