is looking for an experienced Intake Coordinator and Driver Dispatcher for Durable Medical Equipment.
This is a fast-paced officestrong attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills are a must.
Hours are Monday-Friday for 8 hours per day (40 hours per week).
Some overtime, and some Saturdays and Sundays may be required based on the needs of the business.

Main Job Duties Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service Review new orders emailed from hospices and communicate with hospice representatives regarding orders, delivery timelines, and service calls Dispatch drivers Data entry of patient information and patient notes Data entry of equipment delivery, pick-up, sales Daily reconciliation of orders and maintenance of daily census General office duties Follow HIPAA/PHI standards Classification:
Hourly Salary:
$19-23/hour - depending on experience Preferred Skills Minimum 2 years as Intake Coordinator Minimum 2 years experience in dispatch Experience in Google Workspace (Gmail, Forms, Sheets) Experience using databases Bilingual in Spanish Job Type:
