DescriptionThe Market Manager is responsible for tracking inventory and acquiring and maintaining wholesale customers which includes customer outreach, order preparation/invoicing, and fulfillment and the ability to establish/change pricing for wholesale commodities.
Sourcing and overseeing products in the market.
Managing and posting to the Farm's social media accounts.
Prepares a variety of customer beverage orders while following food safety rules, keep designated work areas clean and organized, assists in maintaining the cleanliness of the smoothie bar.
Stock smoothie bar with supplies as needed as well as the Market products.
Follow cash handling and register policies.
Make sure guests receive proper change after every transaction.
Maintain copies of all receipts to be able to balance register at the end of the shift.
Responsible for recruiting and training of new hires in addition to personnel issues.

Previous customer service, food service or barista experience required.
Previous customer service or cashier experience required.
Previous management experience highly preferred.
