SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Branch Manager is a management position at each location and has bottom line responsibility for customer satisfaction and branch profitability.
The Branch Manager coordinates the efforts of all branch personnel to achieve desired results in accordance with policies, principles, and established procedures.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Responsible for overall location and all functions at the location.
o Directs and leads all aspects to achieve budgeted profit results and other financial criteria, and to achieve planned goals and objectives.
o Guides, directs, and supports the organization in the production, promotion and sale of products as the business requires.
o Develops a high level of expertise and talent among co-workers.
o Responsible for: developing people; improving processes; reducing costs; new product development and implementation; superior customer service; and on-time delivery.
o Reviews activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revises
objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.
o Incorporates The Company's vision and values into day-to-day activities and behaviors; guides and motivates others to remain committed to Company culture.
o Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, disciplining, and terminating employees.
LEVEL OF SUPERVISION:
o Supervises entire location either directly or through the respective department head.
ESSENTIAL ABILITIES:
o Read, write and understand the English language, bi-lingual a plus.
o Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents
o Sense of urgency and self-motivation; ability to work independently
o Ability to motivate employees to achieve results
o Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
o Computer literacy with ability to learn new computer software programs
o Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to present to senior management
o Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
o Excellent customer service skills
o Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal ocuments.
o Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, vendors or salespeople.
o Must be results oriented with a people development affinity; proactive in attacking challenges and confident in letting and achieving stretch goals.
o Must be able to teach and generate results while enhancing the ACPro work environment. Must have proven employee development and team building skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
