Wound Care Coordinator ( RN )
The Wound Care Coordinator provides acute and rehabilitative patient care to wound and stoma inpatients and outpatients; is responsible for direct patient care, education, planning, directing and provision of nursing care to patients in accordance Physician Orders, recognized nursing techniques and policies, procedures, established clinical competencies; demonstrates critical thinking and leadership in the anticipation and planning for the care of the patient.
Qualifications:
Required: Current California RN license. CWOCN (Certified Wound/Ostomy/Continence Nurse) certification within 2 years of job start date. Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
Preferred: Two or more years of acute care medical-surgical experience desirable. Prior leadership and/or teaching experience preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
