Job Description The Sales Professional at the Westin Mission Hills Villas presents and involves our guests in the opportunity to become an owner of the finest vacation experience. We are currently hiring Direct Line (General) and In-House Sales Professionals.
Essential Functions: Conduct interactive dialogue with guests through discovery process to determine how best to present product information and gain commitment to purchase. Achieve individual established performance guidelines by effectively using approved presentation and support materials. Contribute to achieving overall site volume, closing percentage, and cost to meet and/or exceed budgeted performance levels. Provide branded customer service to guests throughout and after the initial presentation. Maintain the highest level of Company and competition product knowledge through Company-provided training. Requirements Previous sales experience, with a demonstrated and verifiable successful sales volume record, preferred. Direct Line Sales positions do not require industry experience, while In-House Sales positions do require 2
years of industry sales experience. Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Active California Real Estate License preferred, but not required. Physical Requirements: Verbal communication is integral. Review of sales and purchase documents requires visual acuity. Stairs are a part of the building structure; therefore, climbing stairs is mandatory.
